If you want to add a comment to any item on the site, use the comments facility. To make a full 'posting', the easiest route is just to enter a comment on a relevant article. This will be flagged to the web-master, and can be converted into a normal 'posting'.
Alternatively ask Andy for the link. This is a simple browser link (which can be stored in 'Favorites'), together with a password. If you want to post regularly (for example the results of races) this is most convenient.
Unfortunately at the moment Andy is the only person able to post pictures (but when we get the hang of the technology that might change!).
Well remember me anyone. After a 10 year lay off starting running again with local track club.
I ran first 10k in over 12 years and at aged 58 got third vet in 47.27 in 80 plus degrees so watch out Tony H as I am going to catch you up!
On Tuesday nights we do track work just like you do but as is typical here in States we use a school cinder track. Reminds me of repping in Pownal Park.
If anyone is in Florida and fances some running on the west coast e mail me at sport1gold@comcast.net
Best Wishes to all

If anyone is reading this
Still running and now my weight is down to 160 pounds I am getting some speed back. 21.20 for a 5k last week and second in my age group. Running in the heat is still hard.

Hi there, I
live in Knutsford and would love to join a local running club. My running has plateaued at 48 -49 min for 10k/23 min for 5k for races this year and I'd like to work with other runners to get faster and fitter.
I enjoy taking part in racing, but am unsure whether I'm of a suitable standard to run with a club?
