Nick is right - everyone should run The National at least once,and also watch it. The speed of the ladies and gents this year was mind boggling!

Indeed it was fun day out! Thank you to Nick for organising us and to Nina and Paul for chaperoning and supporting. I have some lost property: size 7.5 trainers & a size small blue Regatta top. They were left in Trevors tent. I'll bring them to training tomorrow.
